A bakery isn’t a bakery (or at least not Flour + Co) without a baked goods case, bread shelving, tables to sit at, or a place to mix your coffee up just right. Thanks to Pascal and his wife Florence at Pascal’s Workshop, we are set with all of the above and we are able to check off more the functional box. Yep, these pieces are beauts.
Pascal is a true craftsman who cares deeply about his work and pays very close attention to detail. He and Florence will bend over backwards to get things just right. I’ve found this to be extremely important when going from a designer’s conceptual idea (thank you Abueg Morris Architects!) to actually building the pieces (budget plays a role in this!). It takes finesse, flexibility, and thinking outside of the box.
Having these few nice pieces mixed among rental display cases, purchased chairs, and accessories, really is making the bakery feel like home. It won’t be long before you can see for yourself, but here’s a peek…
